5.  Robotics Secton B - Second Semester

Students will learn build and program robots using the LEGO Mindstorms NXT Robotics System. Students practice mechanical design, construction, programming and teamwork skills. In pairs, using LEGO parts, motors and sensors, students build one or two different robot models and use a computer to program their robots to move, react, and make sounds in order to solve challenges. This is good preparation for kids or mentors interested in robotics competitions such as FIRST LEGO League.
