2.  Green Thumb and Sustainable Living - Second Semester

Students will research alternative energy sources and participate in a school-wide recycling program.  They will study plant care and landscaping. Working as a team they will maintain a garden. Instruction on plant names and uses will be done on rainy days. Gardening gloves, closed-toe shoes and a small materials fee will be required.
