Performance Learning Academy is dedicated to educating students of average to above average intellectual ability who have specific learning differences. We also offer the John Hopkins University Advanced Scholars Program at our Sylvan Learning Center for bright, gifted middle school age students who are capable of performing academically at or above the 85th percentile.
PLA students come from a broad range of racial, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds within the fifteen communities of the Upper Cumberland region of Middle Tennessee. PLA makes financial assistance available to qualified applicants.

After reviewing the admissions information, you are invited to schedule a tour of our facility in order to see the classrooms, ask questions, and meet our staff.
